• Where are you based?

We're based in Athens, Greece.

• Where do you ship?

 We ship worldwide from Greece, except the USA. If you're looking to order from the USA please contact us.

• Do you offer custom clothing?

We do offer customization for almost everything. You can send a dm on instagram, or request it while you order from the website.

• Do you make everything in your workshop?

Yes. Everything you purchase on this eshop is ONLY made by two people. Arete and Keta, a mother-daughter duo, in our small work-shop in Athens, Greece.

• How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Each item has its own processing time noted on the listing. Generally 2 weeks are needed for the item to be made and 1 week to arrive to you.

• What if I need my order faster?

We do accommodate deadlines, if you have already ordered please let us know your order number and the date you need it by. Or you can dm us on Instagram and let us know the style, fabric, size you wish to purchase and date you need it by.

• What if I need to cancel my order?

I don't accept order cancellations, however please let me know if there is a problem with your order.
