• Where are you based?

We are headquartered in Athens, Greece, located at Plateia Aghiou Dimitriou 3, Ampelokipoi, approximately two minutes from Ampelokipoi Metro Station.

• Where do you ship?

 We ship worldwide from Athens, Greece.

• Do you make everything in your workshop?

Yes. Every piece is handcrafted by our mother-daughter artisan duo, in our Athens workshop. Each garment reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and ethical production.

• How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Generally, each item requires approximately 2 weeks for handcrafting and 1-2 weeks for it to arrive.

• What if I need my order faster?

For expedited orders, we can accommodate specific deadlines. If you have already placed an order, please provide your order number and required delivery date. Alternatively, you can contact us via Instagram with your preferred style, fabric, size, and timeline, and we will assess feasibility.

• What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed; however, we are committed to resolving any issues or concerns you may have.
